One of the better apps for one of the best papers in the country. Simple to use. Reliable. I wish they all were this good.

In comparison to the old app, this one is light years ahead. Great layout, easy to use. Its worth a daily visit
I think its very good. I sometimes have some issues, as anyone who reads a paper carefully, but in general I like the Seattle perspective very much.
Recent update with the ads are annoying AF. they take out the entire screen.
Loads fast. No ads
This latest version has moved to Seattle Times into the top rank of news apps. Its fast, easy to navigate, and a joy to use. I no longer even bother with the replica edition on my computer. This app is just so much faster and easier to use.
Great way to catch up on headlines and stories.
This new version has a few good features toward a modern look. Quick to get information and keep up to date. I am also a subscriber to a print version - I like the paper ! Im not sure there is any benefit for this online version. Nicely done on the update.
I live in EUGENE and a good source to know whats going on in the great city of Seattle and with the football team we like the least. Go Ducks!
I like this app a lot, except when I cant find an article that I want to share. This time the article was Leasing Bargains in the Aug 26 Auto Section. There is no tab for that section, so spent at least 15 mins scrolling, looking for leasing and was unsuccessful. A SEARCH FUNCTION would most likely have solved my problem. Im using an iPhone 6S+ with up-to-date OS. Barry McDon
I love my local newspaper. Great coverage from neighborhood to international news. Intelligent and progressive yet even-handed editorials; a very Seattle broadsheet.
I love the fact that this newspaper is independently owned. I live in the South Sound and often find articles in here that are not in our local paper. Keep it real and dont be bullied or bought. Print what you know the public needs to know about. Thanks!
Great complement to the old-school paper. Doesnt replace the Sunday edition, but is the best for busy mornings.
I am sad at the depth of change in the world; much of it not-so-good. The Seattle Times has successfully made the transition to electronic media while trying to stave off the barbarians at the gate and keep the print side. For that, I applaud them. The Times has been able to maintain a stable of fine writers, "photogs" and editors. How theyre able to do both print and data stream, I have no idea. But...BRAVO!
Love the news and newer format but it has started crashing once or twice or more a day. And it would be nice if the stories didnt move up and down and around in the list. Most aggravating is when new stories load and I have to start over at the top.
The performance upgrade is nice, but why cant I choose to read only for a specific sports teams, i.e. Mariners? Please upgrade to an actual user friendly app, that one wants to use.
Like the ease of use, simple and quick to get through the news every day.
I love this app! It has never failed me. It gives me the best print news reporting in the PNW just the way I need it.
Ive been reading the Seattle Times for many years and to have a app version is great so o can read it where ever I am.
The Seattle Times is a good newspaper that hopefully will improve dramatically over the next decade to match the progress of the metropolitan area.
